Shipping
Delivery times vary by item. Please check each product’s description for its estimated shipping timeframe. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible U.S. orders unless the product description states “final sale” or “no returns.”
Please contact us to request a return within 7 days of delivery. If your order arrives in multiple packages, this window begins when the final package is delivered. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of your request.
Items must be unworn and have their original tags and original clear garment packaging with the SKU label attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please contact us via email (parksandmainboutique@gmail.com) before mailing any return so we can provide instructions.
